Advocates / Interns

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Advocates / Interns to join our legal team and provide comprehensive legal support in all aspects of real estate transactions and regulatory compliance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising on legal matters related to property acquisition, development, leasing, financing, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal guidance and support for real estate transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
2. Advise on property development projects, zoning regulations, land use issues, and environmental compliance.
3. Assist in the resolution of real estate disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution methods.
4. Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting real estate transactions and provide proactive legal advice to mitigate risks.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and legal counsel to ensure compliance with legal requirements and achieve business objectives.
6. Conduct legal research, analysis, and interpretation of complex real estate laws and regulations.
7. Participate in negotiations with government authorities, regulatory agencies, and third-party vendors.
8. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance legal compliance and risk management in real estate operations.
9. Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal issues related to real estate transactions and regulatory compliance.
10. Represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings, and meetings with regulatory authorities as required.

Qualifications:

1. Strong understanding of RERA, real estate transactions, property law, land use regulations, and zoning ordinances.
2. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Proven ability to analyze complex legal issues, draft legal documents, and provide strategic legal advice.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Prior experience in litigation and dispute resolution related to real estate matters is a plus.
7. Knowledge of real estate industry practices, market trends, and emerging legal issues.
8. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
